麦克雷尔公司(Micrel)近日推出一款高效灵活的电源管理集成电路MIC2811/21。该设备可在一个小型3mmx3mmMLF(R)-16封装中提供四种输出电压。该四路输出设备是为当今便携式设备中使用的系统核心、输入/输出(I/O)、辅助设备以及SDRAM、NAND闪存或SecureDigital(SDIO)等外部存储器提供所需电压的理想选择。MIC2811/21目前批量供应，1000件起售，单价为1.46美元。

麦克雷尔便携式产品营销总监AndyKhayat指出：“MIC2811和MIC2821为使用多媒体芯片、DSP或FPGA的便携式设备提供了供电所需的最大灵活性，这些设备中电池寿命尤为重要。通过使用三个独立的输入设备在单个3mmx3mmMLF(R)封装中提供四种输出电压轨，MIC2811和MIC2821使设计者可以优化大小、效率和配置性能。”

MIC2811/21的工作效率可以通过从直流-直流转换器的输出等低电压源中为两个LDO稳压器供电而得以显著提高。LDO1和2可在低至1.65V的独立输入电压下运作。这使得从输入电压到一般的输出电压（如1.0V或1.2V）的压降实现最小化，从而提高了效率。直流-直流转换器和其余的LDO共享同样的输入电压，输入电压介于2.7V至5.5V之间。直流-直流转换器固定的2MHz切换频率支持敏感型射频应用中简单的噪声过滤。直流-直流转换器的输出电流额定值为600mA，而三个LDO各自均支持高达300mA的电流。在-40-125℃的工作结温下，所有四个控制器的输出准确性均达到+/-3%。

MIC2811还支持一个任选的旁路电容器，以便面向噪声敏感型应用优化LDO1与LDO2的噪声和PSRR性能。MIC2821还为所有的四种输出电压提供独立的能动因素，以为系统电源状态优化提供先进的排序与控制。
