Maxim推出低功耗、±1%精度的μP监控电路MAX6394。器件采用高精度带隙基准，室温下的复位门限精度可高达±0.6%，从而提供极佳的可靠性。该监控电路的高精度特性使复位电压保护带更小、更窄、同时也更接近所要求的RESET门限。作为Maxim精度最高的μP监控电路，MAX6394可理想用于微处理器和微控制器的电源监测以及便携设备或其它需要精确电源监测的应用。

MAX6394的设计满足绝大多数应用的需求，器件出厂时可以设置成36个不同配置中的任意一种。器件具有九个固定的电压门限，每个门限均具有四个预设超时周期(0.7、14、105和826ms)。上述功能使设计人员可以根据具体的应用来配置MAX6394，而无需增加额外的外部元件或设计时间。即使是在VCC低于上拉电压的情况下，器件的开漏输出也可以上拉至6V，从而使设计人员可以采用独立的上拉电压以确保达到正确的逻辑电平。允许将复位电压上拉至高于VCC的功能，省去了额外的电平转换器，从而进一步降低了元件成本。

MAX6394工作在-40℃至+125℃汽车级温度范围，提供小型、4引脚SOT143封装。芯片起价为$1.57(1000片起，美国离岸价)。
